How we protect your workspace

Keys stored encryptedTokens for Slack, Discord, GitHub and AI providers are encrypted before they are stored, and never shown again.
Passwords hashedWe keep a hashed password, never the password itself. Sign in to the MCP server with your browser instead of copying keys.
Customer text as dataFeedback goes to AI models as quoted data, never as instructions. Suspicious text is flagged before you confirm a fix.
Pull requests onlyCoding agents work on a branch and open a pull request. They never push to main, merge or deploy.
No ads, no trackersThe Murmur website and app run no third-party advertising or tracking scripts. We do not sell personal data.
Audit logActions in a workspace are recorded, including every write made through the MCP server.

How long we keep it

Kept while the workspace exists, deleted with it on request.

Emails the smart filter skips are kept in full for 30 days, then the text is deleted.

Deleting it removes your profile and the comments and votes tied to it.
