What counts as a voter?
Anyone outside your team who posts, votes or comments on your boards. There’s no limit on any plan. Teammates and people who only read never count.
What is an AI capture?
One request that Autopilot pulls out of something you send it: a forwarded email, a Slack or Discord message, a support chat or a review. A message with three requests uses three captures.
What happens if I run out of AI captures?
Autopilot pauses until your allowance resets next month or you upgrade. Everything else keeps working, and you can still add feedback by hand.
Do you charge for teammates?
Seats are included: Solo is you plus one teammate, Team is you plus five.
Is my customer data used to train AI models?
No. Murmur sends feedback to AI providers through their APIs only to extract and match requests, and we do not use it to train models. Assist runs on your own provider key, under that provider’s terms.
How do yearly plans work?
