Terms of service
These terms cover your use of Murmur at murmurfeedback.com, its apps and its Chrome extension. By creating an account or using Murmur you agree to them. Questions go to hello@murmurfeedback.com.
Your account
Keep your login and API keys safe, and tell us if you think someone else has used them. You are responsible for what happens in workspaces you own or administer.
Your content
You own the feedback, ideas and other content you and your customers put into Murmur. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the service for you, including sending it to the processors named in our privacy policy. You confirm you have the right to send us the customer data you capture.
Acceptable use
- Do not use Murmur to send spam, break the law, or collect data you are not allowed to collect.
- Do not try to break, overload or get around the limits of the service.
- Do not use the AI features to generate harmful or deceptive content.
Plans and billing
Paid plans renew each month or year until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from Settings, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Prices are shown on the pricing page.
AI features
Autopilot, suggested replies and Fix with Claude use AI and can make mistakes. Review what they suggest before you rely on it. Code changes from Fix with Claude are opened as pull requests for you to review, and nothing is merged without you.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Murmur available, but it is provided as is, without guarantees of uptime. We may change or retire features, and we will give reasonable notice of changes that affect paid plans.
Ending your use
You can ask us to delete your workspace or account at any time by emailing us. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. On deletion, your data is removed as described in the privacy policy.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Murmur is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will update the date above and tell workspace owners by email.
