Customer requests, straight into your coding agent.
Murmur is the feedback loop for AI-era founders. Requests from your portal, widget, inbox, Slack and Discord land in one place, matched and ranked. Approve one and Claude opens the pull request in your repo. Ship it, and everyone who asked gets an email.

Your roadmap lives in your inbox.
When you’re a team of one to ten, there’s no PM triaging requests. Feedback piles up wherever customers happened to type it.
- 01
It’s in five places
Your inbox, a Discord channel, a Slack Connect thread, app reviews, a DM from launch day. None of them talk to each other.
- 02
Nobody’s counting
The same request arrives phrased ten ways. You remember the loudest one, not the one twenty quiet customers wanted.
- 03
The loop never closes
You ship it two months later. The people who asked never find out — and the next time, they don’t bother asking.
“Any way to export this weekly?”
“Would pay for a Sheets connector tbh”
“+1 on dark mode 🙏”
“Love it. Wish it had a mobile view.”
“Saw a competitor do this…”
Capture. Rank. Build. Close the loop.
Murmur does the product-manager work a small team never has time for — so the next thing you build is the thing most customers asked for, and they hear about it when it ships.

Capture every request
Ask your coding agent what to build next.
You already plan and ship with an agent. Murmur gives it the one thing it can’t see: what your customers asked for. Connect once, then ask in plain English from the terminal you’re already in.

In progress“Google Sheets as a data source” is underway — 31 people who asked will hear when it ships.
Everything a team of one to ten needs
No modules to configure and no PM required. Each piece works on its own; together they close the loop.
Portal & widget
A branded feedback board and roadmap, plus a one-line widget for your app. Signed-in users vote with their name attached.
Autopilot AI capture
Forward an email, use the Chrome extension, or send messages from Slack and Discord. Autopilot finds the requests and suggests where each one goes.
Dedupe & ranking
Similar-idea matching catches the same request worded ten ways. Rank by votes, revenue and effort with weights you can read.
Fix with Claude
Approve an idea and Claude opens a pull request in your repo, through your own Claude account. Merge it and the voters hear it shipped.
MCP server
15 tools for Claude Code, Cursor and any MCP client: search, rank, file requests, vote on behalf, pick up fixes and update status.
See what ChatGPT says
Find out whether ChatGPT and Claude recommend you, who they name instead, and the weaknesses they mention. Each weakness becomes an idea to review.
Roadmap & changelog
Statuses, not promises. A public roadmap and changelog that update as you move posts — on every plan.
Voters emailed on ship
When a request is complete, everyone who asked gets a short, branded note. The cheapest retention you’ll ever buy.
Move in from Canny
Import your ideas, votes, comments and statuses from Canny with an API key, or bring any CSV. Re-running an import never makes copies.
Flat pricing. No bill shock.
Most feedback tools charge per tracked user — everyone who posts, votes or comments. Murmur charges per workspace, so a busy launch week never turns into a bigger invoice.

Hi Maya — Google Sheets as a data source, which you asked for in March, is live in your workspace today.
Close the loop without a CRM
Mark a request shipped and every person who asked gets a short email (Solo and Team). It’s the cheapest retention work you’ll ever do.
Learn moreA note from the maker.
Small teams don’t lack feedback. They lack a loop. Requests land in an inbox, a Discord thread, a DM — and the person who asked never hears back.
The feedback tools we tried were built for product orgs with a PM and a procurement process, and priced per customer who clicks “upvote”. Grow your community and your bill grows with it.
So Murmur is built the other way round: a flat price, AI capture that does the filing, and an MCP server so the agent writing your code can read what customers actually asked for.

- Free is $0 for one board and up to 100 voters. Solo is $19/month with unlimited boards and voters, 300 AI captures a month, the MCP server and Fix with Claude. Team is $49/month with 2,000 AI captures, Slack and Discord capture, “See what ChatGPT says about your app”, five teammates, the REST API and webhooks. Pay yearly and both paid plans are 20% off. There’s no per-tracked-user pricing on any plan.
- Early-stage founders and teams of one to ten, usually without a dedicated product manager and often building with coding agents like Claude Code or Cursor. If you have a procurement process and a security questionnaire, a more enterprise-focused tool may suit you better.
- Anyone outside your team who posts, votes or comments on your boards. Free covers up to 100 of them; Solo and Team are unlimited. Teammates and people who only read never count.
- One request that Autopilot pulls out of something you send it: a forwarded email, a Slack or Discord message, a support chat or a review. It suggests the matching post (or a new one) and waits for you to accept. A message with three requests uses three captures. Each plan includes a monthly allowance: 25 on Free, 300 on Solo, 2,000 on Team.
- Create an API key in Settings → Developers (or Settings → MCP), then add Murmur’s endpoint at /api/mcp to Claude Code, Cursor or any client that supports remote MCP servers. Your agent gets 15 tools to search, rank, file and update feedback, and to pick up fixes you approved. It’s included on Solo and Team.
- Press Approve with Claude on any idea, check exactly what Claude will receive, and confirm. Claude works on a branch in your repo and opens a pull request, through your own Claude account (a Claude routine), the Claude GitHub Action, or Claude Code. It never pushes to main, merges or deploys. When the pull request merges, the idea moves to Complete and the voters are emailed. It’s included on Solo and Team.
- Yes. Every new workspace can try Team free for 14 days, no card required. At the end you choose a plan or stay on Free.
- On Solo and Team, yes. When a request moves to complete, everyone who voted on it gets a short email from your workspace. Free workspaces show status changes on the public roadmap and changelog.
- Yes. Import from Canny with an API key, or upload a CSV from any tool, in Settings → Import & export. Ideas, votes, comments and statuses come across, and re-running an import never makes copies. Stuck? Email us and we’ll help for free.
- No. Feedback is processed to extract and match requests and is never used to train foundation models.
- Murmur is in early access. The first 100 founders to sign up get the Solo plan free for six months, plus a direct line to the person building it.
