One home for every customer idea.
Give customers a place to post, vote and discuss, on your Murmur portal or inside your app, and give your team a way to log what they hear on calls without leaving the conversation.

Everything a feedback board should do
Public or private, embedded or standalone: set it up the way your customers already work.
Boards for every audience
Separate boards for ideas, bugs and integrations, sharing one set of product areas and statuses, each public or private. One on Free, unlimited on Solo and Team.
Voting with priority
Customers vote and say how much it matters (nice to have, important or must have) so intensity counts, not just volume.
Private boards
Team-only boards for internal ideas, beta programs or anything not ready for customers to see.
Identify every voter
Pass signed user data from your app and every vote through the widget arrives with a name, company and MRR. No separate sign-up required.
Vote on behalf of customers
Support and sales can add a vote for a customer straight from a call or ticket, with its priority. On Solo and Team, the customer is emailed when it ships.
Internal & pinned comments
Discuss trade-offs privately alongside public replies, pin the official answer to the top, and write it all in Markdown.
Live before your coffee goes cold
A sensible default board is created with your workspace. Everything else is optional polish.

- No. Customers sign in to post or vote on your portal, or are identified automatically through the widget, so every voter is a known customer.
- Your server signs a small payload (user ID, email, name, company and optional MRR) and passes it to the widget or portal. Murmur verifies the signature and attributes activity to that customer.
- Not yet. Today your portal lives on your Murmur URL, and the widget runs inside your own app on your own domain.
- Free includes one board and up to 100 voters. Solo and Team are unlimited, and there’s no per-tracked-user pricing on any plan.
- Yes. Internal comments are only visible to your team, and teammates are notified when a new internal note is added.
