# Murmur > Murmur is customer feedback software for small SaaS teams. Customers post and vote on a feedback portal or in-app widget, Autopilot AI turns forwarded emails (and Slack and Discord on Team) into feature requests linked to the customer, every vote shows the customer's company and MRR, and everyone who voted is emailed when an idea is planned, in progress or shipped. Approved ideas can go to Claude Code as a pull request with Fix with Claude. Pricing is flat with unlimited voters on every plan: Free ($0, one board, 25 AI captures a month), Solo ($19 a month, unlimited boards, 300 AI captures, two seats, MCP server, Fix with Claude, voter emails) and Team ($49 a month, 2,000 AI captures, six seats, Slack and Discord capture, API, webhooks, remove branding, AI visibility report). New workspaces get Team free for 14 days, no card required. Murmur imports boards, posts, votes, comments and statuses from Canny, and CSV exports from other tools. ## Product - [Home](https://murmurfeedback.com/): what Murmur does - [Pricing](https://murmurfeedback.com/pricing): plans and the savings calculator - [Feedback portal](https://murmurfeedback.com/features/feedback-portal): public boards, voting, roadmap and widget - [Murmur Assist](https://murmurfeedback.com/features/assist): assistants that reply, write specs and draft changelogs, and Fix with Claude - [AI visibility](https://murmurfeedback.com/features/ai-visibility): what ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity say about your product - [MCP server](https://murmurfeedback.com/mcp): 15 tools for Claude Code, Cursor and other agents - [Live demo board](https://murmurfeedback.com/p/lumen) ## Blog - [How to close the customer feedback loop: 5 steps, with email templates](https://murmurfeedback.com/blog/close-the-feedback-loop): Closing the loop means telling every customer what happened to their feedback.
